All services for David J. “Joe” Pharoah, a resident of the Samaritan Keep Home since 2013, will be private and at the convenience of the family. Mr. Pharoah died March 27, 2014. He was 80.

He was born on January 23, 1934 in Watertown, NY the son of Jerry and Rosina Lynn Bush Pharoah. He attended school in Watertown and Sackets Harbor. He served honorably in the United States Army from 1953-1956. He was a heavy equipment operator for Wager Construction in Watertown for 31 years. Surviving are his son and daughter in law David and Patty Pharoah of Calcium, NY, his three daughters and two son in laws, Mrs. Robert (Karen) Foster of Willsboro, NY, Tammy Schalenberger of the District of Columbia and Mrs. Jordan (Terri Jo) Eash-Mau of Baldwinsville, NY, his three sisters Tony Rutherford of Smithville, NY, Doris “Dodi” Hall of Dexter, NY, Elsie Jobson of the Town of Pamelia, NY, 7 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. A brother, James Pharoah, and five sisters Mary Marino, Thelma Flavin, Leta Goodrich, Janie Monaca, and Rosie Latourno died before him. Arrangements are with TLC Funeral Home, Inc.
