PETIT LARCENY - MASSENA - Village police charged Dodie H. Derouchie, 34, of 1945B County Route 38, Norfolk, with petit larceny at 9:56 p.m. Friday after responding to a shoplifting complaint at Price Chopper. She reportedly walked past the store’s last point of sale without paying for $103.63 worth of merchandise concealed in her purse.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT - MASSENA - Village police charged Kathy L. Wickham, 50, of 49 1/2 Maple St., Massena, with disorderly conduct at 11:07 p.m. Friday after police responded to a noise complaint. Police said when they were attempting to address the situation Wickham turned the music up louder and started dancing.

INADEQUATE STOP LAMPS - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Michele D. McKenna, 41. of 49 1/2 Maple St., Massena, for operation of a vehicle with inadequate stop lamps at 1:12 a.m. Saturday following a traffic stop on Main Street.
