WATERTOWN — Blidi L. Doe, 28, of 522 W. Main St., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and a traffic violation for failure to yield after a two-car accident in the city Tuesday night.

City police said Cassandra L. Fox, 30, of 22612 Lewis St., Lot 9, was driving west on West Main Street at about 10:30 p.m. when Mr. Doe failed to yield at a green light at the intersection of West Main and LeRay streets and turned in front of Ms. Fox, striking her vehicle.

Ms. Fox’s vehicle sustained damage to the right front bumper, while Mr. Doe’s vehicle suffered right passenger side damage.

A passenger in Mr. Doe’s vehicle, 21-year-old Malika A. Newman, complained of back and neck pain after the accident, but refused medical treatment.

Mr. Doe’s license had been suspended for failure to answer summons in Richland Town Court, police said. He is to appear in City Court.
