■ Ogdensburg police ticketed Kimberly Oldham, 42, of Spencerville, Ontario, at 5:41 p.m. Tuesday on the 200 block of Proctor Avenue for speeding.

■ Police arrested Michael L. Harvey, 43, of 736 State St., at 5:47 p.m. Tuesday at his home on an Ogdensburg City Court bench warrant for failing to appear at his court date. He was originally charged with disorderly conduct. Police alleged that Mr. Harvey threatened someone on the 300 block of Lafayette Street on July 3 while drunk. No further details were available. Mr. Harvey was arraigned by Judge William Small, pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 10 hours of community service and a six-month period during which he cannot get into further trouble with the law before his charges are dismissed.

■ Police arrested Thadcher C. Adams, 20, of 912 Lake St., at 8:28 p.m. Tuesday at his home on a City Court arrest warrant for third-degree assault. Mr. Adams allegedly struck Scott Laflair, 28, of 932 Hamilton St., cutting his eyebrow on Jan. 19 at roughly 12:45 a.m. at 1121 Paterson St. Mr. Laflair was treated at Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center following the incident. Mr. Adams was arraigned by Judge Small and released under the supervision of probation.

■ Police ticketed Joshua J. Ladouceur, 21, of 478 Haggart Road, at 8:28 p.m. Tuesday at 912 Lake St. for disorderly conduct. He was released with an appearance ticket.

■ Ogdensburg police arrested Kelsey L. Rubadue, 21, of 611 Ford Ave., at 1:37 p.m. Monday at the St. Lawrence County Probation Department on a County Court bench warrant. She was transported to the St. Lawrence County jail, Canton.

■ Police are investigating the “keying” of three cars that took place sometime Sunday night at 214 Morris St. All three vehicles were owned by the St. Lawrence County Community Development Program, 1 Commerce Lane, Canton.

■ Police arrested Derrick J. Bush, 32, of 225 Montgomery St., at 6:49 p.m. Monday at 301 Champlain St. on a City Court bench warrant for failing to appear at his court date. He was originally charged with petit larceny. Mr. Bush was arraigned by Judge Small and sent to St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, on $500 bail or $1,000 bond.

■ Police ticketed Gary A. Geddes, 29, of 118 Oak St., at 7 p.m. Monday at the police station for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle.

■ Police arrested Kelli M. Giles, 22, of 547 County Route 14, Rensselaer Falls, at 8:32 a.m. Tuesday at the police station on a City Court bench warrant for a probation violation. She was arraigned by Judge Small and released under the supervision of probation.
