PETIT LARCENY - MASSENA - Village police charged Samantha L. Herbick, 23, of 312 Belmont Courts, Ogdensburg, with petit larceny following an investigation into a Jan. 18 shoplifting complaint from the Massena Walmart. Herbick was picked up on an arrest warrant Friday by Ogdensburg City Police and turned over to village police. Herbick reportedly shoplifted three packages of Graco baby wall decals and a Reese’s egg from the Walmart store and then failed to comply with a request from Walmart loss prevention associates to come back into the store for processing. She was arraigned by Massena Town Justice Gerald P. Sharlow and was released on her own recognizance to reappear April 22 in Massena Village Court,

STOP SIGN - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Tyler J. McGregor, 21, of Liberty Avenue, Massena, for a stop sign violation at 1 p.m. Friday following a traffic stop on Route 37 just off Parker Avenue. Police said McGregor failed to stop at a stop sign on Parker Avenue at Alvern.

INADEQUATE STOP LAMP - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Kayla M. Lalonde, 24, of Main Street, Massena, for operation of a vehicle with inadequate stop lamps at 12:07 p.m. Friday following a traffic stop on Main Street.
