Parents, daughter, charged after alleged physical altercation

LYONS FALLS—Two Lyons Falls residents and a Constableville woman were arrested Thursday morning after state police said the family members started verbally fighting before the altercation turned physical.

Ronald D. Munoz, 48, of 3931 Franklin St., his ex-wife, Rhonda J. Munoz, 50, of 3925 Franklin St., and their daughter, Reann C. Munoz, 21, of 4985 Croniser Road, Constableville, were each charged with second-degree harassment.

Police said that at 8:39 p.m. March 27, Rhonda went to Ronald’s residence to check on their children when they started arguing. During this time, Reann came to the residence and became involved in the altercation, police said. At some point, this altercation became physical. No injuries were reported.

Each was arrested at 8:27 a.m. Thursday at Mr. Munoz’s residence and issued a criminal summons to West Turin Town Court.
