■ CONSTABLEVILLE — The village Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing from 6 to 6:30 p.m. April 21 at the Constableville Fire Hall, West Main Street, to present the 2014-15 proposed village budget.

n WATERTOWN — Black River Valley Club members are encouraged to attend Family Fun Night from 6 to 9 p.m. April 25 at the Roswell P. Flower Memorial Library. The night will include dinner and entertainment and is open only to club members.

n CHAUMONT — The Lyme Community Foundation Arbor Day French toast breakfast is set for 8 to 11 a.m. April 26 at the Copley House, Route 12E. The breakfast will feature homemade French toast or pancakes, sausage and north country maple syrup. The first 50 families will receive a free sapling. The suggested donation is $7.
