SPEED IN ZONE - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed the following motorists for speed in zone:

Richard M. Lew, 39, of Cheshire Conn. (50 mph in 35 mph zone)

Molly E. Brockway, 18, of Fort Covington (49 mph in a 35 mph zone)



UNLICENSED OPERATOR - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Dane A. Lafrance, 16, of Hogansburg for unlicensed operation, unregistered motor vehicle, uninsured motor vehicle and failure to stop at stop sign.



BENCH WARRANT - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police picked up Natalie H. White, 35, of Hogansburg on a bench warrant from Franklin County. Police said Ms. White turned herself in to tribal police and was arraigned in Bombay Town Court, where she was released under the supervision of probation.



BENCH WARRANT - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police picked up Kristan J. Swamp, 25, of Hogansburg on a bench warrant from Franklin County. Police said Ms. Swamp came to the tribal police station where she was arrested and arraigned in Bombay Town Court and released to reappear April 29.



TRESPASSING - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Tyler A. Gray, 26, of Hogansburg with trespassing. He will appear April 29 in Bombay Town Court.



MARIJUANA POSSESSION - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Krystal L. Arquette, 16, of Hogansburg with unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of alcohol by a person under 21. She will appear April 29 in Bombay Town Court.



MARIJUANA POSSESSION - AKWESASNE - The Salmon River School Resource Officer charged a juvenile student with unlawful possession of marijuana at the Salmon River Central High School. The juvenile student was issued an appearance ticket for Franklin County Family Court.
