The following people are charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:

n Dylon M. Dusharm, 20, of 38 High St., Carthage, was charged by state park police with felony aggravated DWI at 9:20 p.m. Saturday on Seven by Nine Road in the town of Pinckney. He was driving an ATV and his blood alcohol content was 0.19 percent, police said. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Aggravated DWI is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or above.

The felony charge stems from a previous DWI conviction within the past 10 years. Mr. Dusharm was arrested in September for aggravated DWI in Watertown.

n Lee C. Clark, 34, of Oakfield, was charged by state park police at about 7 p.m. Saturday on Gardner Road in the town of Montague. His BAC was 0.17 percent, police said.

He was also charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle — an ATV.

n Jason P. Riordan, 27, of 16243 County Route 90, Mannsville, was charged by state parks police at 6:50 p.m. Saturday on McDonald Road in the town of Montague. He refused to take a Breathalyzer test, police said. He was also charged with operating a snowmobile without a helmet.
