WATERTOWN — Pearl A. Holmes, 30, of 537 Gotham St., was charged with second-degree harassment after city police said she slapped a man 12 times in the face.

Police said that about 8 p.m. March 25, Ms. Holmes slapped Harold A. Callari, same address, in the face at their residence, causing pain and annoyance.

She was found on the 200 block of Factory Street at 1:35 p.m. Monday and issued a summons to City Court.
