Hall, 24, of Louisville with second-degree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment at 11:30 a.m. Friday stemming from an alleged domestic dispute reported to troopers at 11:09 a.m. Friday from the town of Louisville. He was released on his own recognizance.
DWI - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Stephen G. Olmstead, 32, of Chase Mills with driving while intoxicated - two previous convictions in 10 years, refusal to take a breath test, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, circumventing an interlock operating device and no license following a traffic stop at 7:50 p.m. Friday on the North Raquette Road in the town of Massena.
PETIT LARCENY - MALONE - Malone-based state police charged Diane M. Thomas, 46, and Mary A. Thomas, 25, both of Hogansburg, with petit larceny at 4:34 p.m. Friday in the town of Malone stemming from a complaint reported to troopers at 3:56 p.m. Friday. They were released on appearance tickets.

INJURY ACCIDENT - BANGOR - Malone-based state police investigated a two-vehicle personal injury accident at 9:55 a.m. Friday on Brockway Road, at County Route 8, in the town of Bangor. The vehicles were operated by Andre C. Choiniere, 33, and Jessica J. Aguirre, 30, both of North Bangor. One person was reported injured in the accident.
