The Special Olympics Torch Run will be held at 7:30 a.m. May 2 at Ogdensburg City Hall. The procession through Ford Street will be led by Special Olympic runners, state troopers, U.S. Border Patrol agents, city police and Ogdensburg correctional officers. First row: Sue Farrell, Dave Robillard, Bill Disco, Mike Wood, Mayor William Nelson, and Kevin Wert.
