William Smith sophomore attacker Hannah Connolly took home the Liberty League womens lacrosse offensive performer of the week for the period ending Sunday.
The former standout at Immaculate Heart Central totaled 13 points in the Herons two wins last week. Clarkson Universitys Paige Fayette took rookie of the week for the third time this season after registering 11 points in games against Bard and Vassar. Clarksons Christine Wright was named to the league honor roll.
St. Lawrence University junior track star Divya Biswal was named womens top field performer for the third week in a row after winning the long jump, triple jump and 100-meter hurdles at the Liberty League Championships on Saturday in Rochester. She also was a part of the 400 relay team and helped the Saints win the Liberty League title for the third straight year. SLUs Karim Creary earned mens track and field rookie of the week.
Clarksons Jamie Bridge was honored as softball rookie of the week after picking up two wins and a save.
SLU junior Jack Whelan was selected as mens golfer of the week after winning the individual title at Skidmores Palomountain Invitational last weekend. The SLU mens crew team was named boat of the week after besting Hamilton for the Houlihan Cup on Saturday in Rome.
