POTSDAM - The Art Museum at SUNY Potsdam is showcasing works by 14 graduating seniors in the Colleges selective BFA program in visual arts. The annual Bachelor of Fine Arts Exhibition is on display in the Roland Gibson Gallery through May 18.The featured artists include Dnnis McCorry of Potsdam, Bonnie Anderson of Winthrop,Page Collins of Ogdensburg and Jeri Miller of Harrisville.
SUNY Potsdams BFA program in visual arts adheres to the Colleges strong general education program in the liberal arts and sciences, while offering increased breadth and depth in the studio arts. The primary goal of the program is to foster students mastery of visual arts by giving them further experience in the studio and advanced work in art history and arts theory.
