PIERCEFIELD A Conifer man was injured in a motorcycle accident Monday after he hit debris in the road.
State police said they responded to a motorcycle accident on Conifer Road in the town of Piercefield about 7:30 p.m. David H. Bedore, 32, of 18 Circle Drive, was operating his 2004 Buell motorcycle when it struck sand and debris in a curve in the road, causing him to lose control. His motorcycle went off the west shoulder of the road, where he struck an embankment and was ejected from the bike.
He was taken to Adirondack Medical Center, Saranac Lake, with injuries to his legs and feet. No tickets were issued.
