Norwood-Norfolk and St. Lawrence Central recorded NAC East Division Softball wins on Friday.

In baseball St. Lawrence Central downed St. Regis 5-1 and Brushton-Moira outscored Tupper Lake 19-10.

N-N 18, Madrid-Waddington 7: Sidney Molnar connected for three run homerun in the third inning and stroked two singles leading the Flyers. Courtney Wagstaff (2-5), Gabby Cole (2-4), Courtney Harvey (2-3), Bryana Powell (2-5), and Sara Darabon (1-3) also supplied key offensive support.

Powell pitched the win striking out three and allowing three walks and 11 scattered hits.

Mariah Patenaude finished three-for-four for M-W. Blake Orosz and Sadie Newcombe each supplied two hits while Desiree Pryce smacked a triple. Sam Dugan, Emily Murphy and Paige Moulton each singled.

SLC 21, St. Regis Falls 1: After allowing one run in the first, Kelsie Newtown settled down and finished with a five inning, one hitter. Newtown struck out nine and walked none.

The Larries scored 15 runs in the third as Chelsea Savage connected for a homerun and single, drove in six RBI and scored twice.

Lindsay Thayer finished 3-4 with a homerun, five RBI and three runs scored. Hailey Agans (2-3 triple, 3RBI), Gabby Ramsdell (1-3 2 runs scored), Liz Lynch (three runs scored, RBI), and Bailey Gauthier (two RBI, run scored).

Brittany Rondeau and Makensy Bazdaric each singled twice for St. Regis Falls. Abby Duquette lined an RBI single while Taryn Sheldon and Brocklyn Haverstock each singled.

The Larries host Heuvelton today at 10:30 a.m. in the St. Lawrence Central Booster Club Tournament.
