PETIT LARCENY - MASSENA - Village police charged Dustin W. Biter, 32, of 498 South Main St., Apt. 6, Massena, with petit larceny at 1:15 p.m. Sunday. Police said the charge was made after a review of video of a shoplifting incident on the night of March 30.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT - MASSENA - Village police charged Robert J. Larock, 30, of 118 Jefferson Ave., Massena, with disorderly conduct at 7:50 p.m. Sunday on Jefferson Avenue. Police said they responded to a domestic complaint at the Larock residence an were greeted by an angry Larock who refused to stop screaming and creating a disturbance despite several requests from police officers.

INADEQUATE HEADLIGHTS - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Zacharey T. Elliott, 20, of Rensselaer Falls for operation of a vehicle with inadequate headlights at 8:25 p.m. Sunday following a traffic stop on Main Street.

SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Nathan L. Smoke, 18, of state Route 37, Akwesasne, for speed in zone at 10:50 p.m. Sunday following a traffic stop on state Route 37.
