Several north country groups received Conservation Partnership Program funding Thursday from the state Department of Environmental Conservation.

The Thousand Islands Land Trust received $70,200, while the Indian River Lakes Conservancy received $57,000.

The Tug Hill Tomorrow Land Trust received three grants totaling $44,000, Ducks Unlimited received $16,500 and the Ontario Bays Initiative received $3,000. The funding was among 62 conservation grants, totaling $1,417,500, announced statewide by Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo.
