Lake Ontario Playhouse in Sackets Harbor will host a “Comics for Camp” fundraiser at 8:30 p.m. Friday.

Ten dollars of each ticket sold will help fund a “vertical playpen” for the Hope Ropes course at 4-H Camp Wabasso, a summer residential youth camp on Millsite Lake, Redwood, that’s owned and operated by Cornell Cooperative Extension of Jefferson County.

Michael Kinnie, producing artistic director of the Lake Ontario Playhouse, is an alumnius camper and former director of 4-H Camp Wabasso.

The benefit will feature two national headlining standup comedians, Mike Stankiewicz and Tom Anzalone, along with comic John Kensil doing a guest spot.

Mr. Kinnie gives the performance a PG-13 rating. Seating at the playhouse, 103 W. Main St., begins at 7:30 p.m.

Tickets, available at the door, are $15 per person.
