HEUVELTON — Alexis Weidner singled three times and drove in three runs to lead the Heuvelton softball team to a 17-2 rout of Hermon-DeKalb in an Northern Athletic Conference West Division game on Tuesday.

Rachel Thornhill also drove in three runs for the Bulldogs (4-0 overall and division). Alexis Sawyer added two hits for Heuvelton. Delaney Kerr drove in both runs for the Demons (1-3, 1-2) with a single.

LISBON 9, HARRISVILLE 4

Claire Donaldson was the winning pitcher and homered twice as the Golden Knights (3-1) beat Harrisville in a West Division game in Lisbon.

Donaldson finished with three hits for Lisbon. Georgie Baker led the Pirates (0-5, 0-3) with two hits.

HAMMOND 9, MORRISTOWN 5

Mikayla Horton struck out seven and added two hits to send Hammond (1-2) past the Green Rockets in a West Division contest in Morristown.

Jessica Geddes doubled and singled for the Green Rockets (1-2).

ST. LAWRENCE 13, MADRID-WADDINGTON 4

Lindsay Thayer struck out 17 and threw a one-hitter to send St. Lawrence Central past the Yellowjackets (1-3) in an East Division game in Madrid.

Thayer went 3-for-5, including a three-run homer for the Larries (4-0). Haleigh Agans also produced three hits and drove in four runs. Chelsea Savage went 3-for-4.

COLTON-PIERREPONT 8, CHATEAUGAY 7

Sabrina Johnson struck out 10 to help the Colts (4-0) hold off Chateaugay in an East Division contest in South Colton.

Morgan Doyle and Even Whalen hit back-to-back home runs for Colton-Pierrepont. The Bulldogs fell to 1-3, 1-2.

MALONE 35, POTSDAM 0

Alexa Prue threw a no-hitter as Malone routed the Sandstoners (0-4) in a Central Division game in Potsdam.

Janelle Heden went 6-for-7 for Malone (4-0). Morgan Fountain and Emily Marshall each lined five hits for the Huskies. Brooke Collins, Erin McDonald, Katie Lamica and Alyssa McCauley all tallied three hits while Prue added two.

BRUSHTON-MOIRA 4, CANTON 0

Emily O’Connor threw a no-hitter, striking out 13, to lead Brushton-Moira (3-1) past the Golden Bears (1-2) in a Central Division contest in Canton.

Beth Pearson struck out eight for Canton.

BASEBALL

POTSDAM 4, MALONE 1

A 17-strikeout effort from Will Coleman led the Sandstoners past Malone (1-2) in a Central Division game in Potsdam.

Trevor Kelleher homered for the Sandstoners (4-0). Jordan Yando lined two hits for Malone.

HARRISVILLE 17, LISBON 0

Josh Brackett singled three times and Bryon Evans doubled twice as Harrisville blanked the Golden Knights (2-2) in a West Division contest in Lisbon.

Justin Hartle gave up four hits for the Pirates (3-0). Jared Dreythaler singled twice. Adam Kelley produced two hits for Lisbon.

HEUVELTOn 10, HERMON-DEKALB 0

Dylan Liscum struck out eight against Hermon-DeKalb (0-3) as the Bulldogs claimed a West Division win in Heuvelton.

Jack Palmer went 3-for-4 for Heuvelton (4-0) and drove in five runs. Mike Martin lined three hits for Heuvelton, while Ben Jacobs and Aiden Scagel added two.

MADRID-WADDINGTON 3, ST. LAWRENCE 0

Zach Brock struck out seven to send the Yellowjackets past St. Lawrence Central (3-1) in an East Division game in Madrid.

Brock also lined two hits for Madrid-Waddington (3-0). Jacob Barney finished with three hits. Kris Tabor struck out 13 for the Larries.

BRUSHTON-MOIRA 13, CHATEAUGAY 0

Jacob St. Mary threw a no-hitter and struck out 15 to lead the Panthers (2-1) past Chateaugay (1-2) in an East Division contest in Brushton.

St. Mary finished with two hits and drove in two runs.

BOYS LACROSSE

CANTON 13, OFA 3

Jake Facey tallied six goals to lead Canton (6-1, 6-0) past the Blue Devils in Ogdensburg.

Cody Moore added two goals and two assists for Canton. Gage Emerson, Isaac Thrasher, Tanner Sanderson, Peyton VanBibber, Garret Glasgow, Zach James and Josh Huiatt also scored for Canton.

Dave Prudhomme, Taylor Richardson and Austin Putman scored for OFA (1-4).

GIRLS LACROSSE

OFA 10, NORTHWOOD PREP 8

Sky Hoover scored three goals as the Blue Devils (2-5) beat Northwood Prep in a nonleague game in Ogdensburg. Mackenzie Bresett scored twice for OFA.

BOYS TRACK AND FIELD

NORWOOD-NORFOLK 124, OFA 117

Connor Levison and Kyle Fulk each won two events to send the Flyers (3-0) past OFA in Norwood.

Levison on the 110-meter hurdles and the 400 hurdles while Fulk won the 1,600 and 3,200. Donovan Smith won the 100, 200 and 400 for the Blue Devils (0-1).

CANTON 116, POTSDAM 88

Ryan Buckley and Evan Lapoint each won two events to send Canton (2-1) past the Sandstoners in Potsdam.

Buckley took the 110 hurdles and the 400 hurdles, and Lapoint won the high jump and discus for Canton. O’den Robertson paced the Sandstoners (1-2) with 100 and 200 wins.

MALONE 173, MADRID-WADDINGTON 68

The Huskies produced four multiple-event winners to beat Madrid-Waddington (1-1) in Malone.

Bailey Fellion won the 100 and 800 for Malone (1-0). Jamiel Stapleton (triple jump, high jump), Mitchell Marlow (1,600 and 3,200) and Daniel Badgley (110 hurdles, 400 hurdles) were the other two-event winners.

GOUVERNEUR 164, MASSENA 77

Four athletes from Gouverneur were two-event winners against the Red Raiders (0-2) in Massena.

Luke Dunkelberg won the 200 and 400 for the Wildcats (3-0). Gouverneur’s other double-winners were Jacob Erdman (1,600 and 3,200), Joshua Uribe (400 hurdles and triple jump) and Adrian McShane (110 hurdles and high jump).

GIRLS TRACK AND FIELD

CANTON 148, POTSDAM 116

Three individual wins from Morgan Rosser helped Canton beat the Sandstoners in Potsdam.

Rosser claimed the high jump, long jump and triple jump for Canton (3-0). Lindsay Proulx won the shot put and the 100 hurdles for Canton. Maddie Drechsel won the 100 and 200 for the Sandstoners (1-2).

MALONE 218, MADRID-WADDINGTON 90

Four athletes earned two wins apiece as the Huskies topped the Yellowjackets (1-1) in Malone.

Lillian Gishey won the high jump and triple jump for Malone (1-0). Marissa Perez won the 100 hurdles and 400 hurdles. Carrie Pomainville took the 800 and 1,500 and Rebekkah Bond won the 200 and 400.

NORWOOd-NORFOLK 190, OFA 127

Brianna Hayes won four events as the Flyers tipped OFA (0-1) in Ogdensburg.

Hayes won the long jump, shot put, 400 and high jump for Norwood-Norfolk (3-0). Kaycie Saucier won the 1,500 and 3,000 for the Flyers.

GOUVERNEUR 200, MASSENA 93

Gabby Dunkelberg and Belisena Hall were double-winners as Gouverneur (2-1) defeated the Red Raiders in Massena.

Dunkelberg won the 800 and 3,000 and Hall claimed the long jump and triple jump. Jacilyn Lamica led Massena (0-2) with wins in the 100 hurdles and high jump.
