Motorists charged with DWI and related offenses


The following people are charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:

n Andrew R. Gage, 27, of 1429 Gill St., Watertown, was charged by city police at 2:05 a.m. Saturday with aggravated DWI near his home.

Police said his blood alcohol content was 0.20 percent. Under state law, a BAC of 0.08 percent or higher is considered proof of intoxication.

Aggravated DWI is charged if the BAC is 0.18 percent or higher.

n Jason J. Marquez, 30, of 310 Tilden St., Watertown, was charged with aggravated DWI by city police at 2:08 a.m. Saturday near his home.

His BAC was 0.18 percent, police said. He also was cited with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and improper left turn.

n Sean P. Walsh, 28, Syracuse, was charged at 1:20 a.m. Saturday by state police on Interstate 81 in the town of Orleans.

His BAC was not available.

Charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs:

n Rodney W. Brundige, 44, of 32366 Route 12, Depauville, was charged after state police stopped him about 3:30 p.m. Friday on the 900 block of Arsenal Street.

He also was cited with unlawful possession of marijuana and following too closely.
