FELONY DWI - PARISHVILLE - Canton-based state police charged Michelle L. Earle, 37, of Parishville with a felony count of driving while intoxicated following a property damage accident at 5:45 .m. Friday in the town of Parishville.

PETIT LARCENY - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Ariwiio L. Swamp, 22, of Hogansburg with petit larceny at 7:58 p.m. Thursday after responding to a shoplifting complaint at Olympia Sports at the St. Lawrence Centre mall.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Corey V. Thompson, 21, of Akwesasne, Que., with unlawful possession of marijuana at 10:41 p.m. Thursday following a secondary inspection at the U.S. port of entry in Rooseveltown by U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - BOMBAY - Malone-based state police charged Joseph A. Destefano, 23, of St. Regis Falls with fourth-degree criminal mischief and ticketed him for operation of an uninspected motor vehicle, operation of an unregistered motor vehicle and operation of a vehicle with improper plates at 7:53 p.m. Thursday on County Route 55 in the town of Bombay.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF - FORT COVINGTON - Malone-based state police charged a 14-year-old male with fourth-degree criminal mischief after responding to a domestic dispute complaint call at 7:31 p.m. Thursday in the town of Fort Covington.

THREE INJURED - Massena-based state police said three people wrere injured in a two-vehicle collision reported at 8:48 p.m. Thursday on state Route 56 in the town of Louisville. Troopers said the vehicles were operated by Eric W. Monroe, 34, of 4 Hepburn St., Norfolk, and Edward J. Henderson, 85, of 2500 County Route 55, Brasher Falls. Both drivers and a passenger in the Monroe vehicle were transported to Massena Memorial Hospital for treatment of injuries sustained in the accident. Mr. Monroe suffered abrasions to his forehead and a passenger in his vehicle, a 1 7-year-old boy, suffered abrasions to his neck. Mr. Henderson complained of absominal bruising. Details of the accident were unavailable, troopesr said.
