WATERTOWN After reportedly noticing him crossing a double solid line on Route 11, state police pulled over a man and charged him with driving while intoxicated.
Christopher P. Daley, 30, of 845 Starbuck Ave., was charged with DWI on Friday following the 2:33 a.m. traffic stop. His blood alcohol content was 0.15 percent, police said, nearly double the state legal limit of 0.08 percent.
He also was charged with various traffic infractions, including failure to keep right, driving on the shoulder, improper windshield tint and a right of way violation, alleging that he did not pull over for an emergency vehicle. He was issued an appearance ticket for Pamelia Town Court.
