EVANS MILLS — State police charged Tyrell E. Taylor, 21, of 26085 Mountain Lane, with second-degree menacing in an apparent case of road rage.

Police said Mr. Taylor and another man were engaged in a confrontation about 1:45 p.m. Thursday that resulted in the two pulling into Precision Wash on Anable Drive, off Route 11.

While there, Mr. Taylor pulled out a baseball bat and menaced the other man with it, police said.

He was arrested at his residence at 2:42 p.m. that day and issued an appearance ticket for LeRay Town Court.
