CONSTABLE — State police on Wednesday charged Joseph R. McMahon, 22, of 29 Elm St., Massena, with driving while intoxicated.

Troopers said that at 9:10 p.m. during a traffic stop on Route 122, Mr. McMahon was found to be under the influence of alcohol and had a blood alcohol content of 0.11 percent. Under state law, a BAC of 0.08 percent or more constitutes proof of intoxication.
