BRANTINGHAM — State police said Luke S. Webster, 39, of 5269 Lily Pond Road, damaged a wall at the residence he shares with his girlfriend, violating an order of protection.

Police said that at 9:44 a.m. Sunday, Mr. Webster punched and damaged the wall. He subsequently was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief.

The incident violated a refrain-from order of protection issued for his girlfriend, Amy Bruce.
