The academic leaders for the class of 2014 at Watertown High School are Philip Doldo, valedictorian, and Dylan Endres, salutatorian.
Mr. Doldo, son of John and Amy Doldo, won the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute Medal for Outstanding Achievement in science in 2013.
In his junior year, he received a grade of 100 in calculus I at Jefferson Community College, Watertown, and completed JCC calculus II in his senior year.
He is a member of the Youth Philanthropy Council, National Honor Society, Whiz Quiz, Math League, Interact Club, Model U.N. and the Audio-Visual Club.
Mr. Doldo will major in mathematics and physics at RPI, Troy.
Mr. Endres, son of Kim Endres and George Endres, is the president of the National Honor Society at Watertown High School and treasurer of the Watertown High School Rotary Interact Club.
He has participated in varsity swimming for four years and qualified for sectionals for three and qualifying for states for two years with the Blue Sharks.
He is a member of Whiz Quiz and Math League and has received the Bausch & Lomb Award from the University of Rochester.
Mr. Endres will major in biomedical engineering at RPI, Troy.
