RECKLESS DRIVING - NORFOLK - Massena-based state police charged Michael F. Greenwood, 24, of Norfolk with misdemeanor counts of criminal mischief, endangering the welfare of a child and reckless driving and ticketed him for an equipment violation - no headlights and failure to have a child under four in an approved child seat at 3:50 a.m. Tuesday on Hough Road. Troopers said the charges stemmed from a neighborhood dispute complaint filed with troopers at 12:03 a.m. Tuesday from the town of Norfolk.

CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE - NORFOLK - Massena-based state police charged Ashley M. Radell, 27, of Norwood with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, three counts of possession of a hypodermic needle, possession of a controlled substance in a non-original container, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and unlawful possession of marijuana and ticketed her for speeding following a traffic stop at 5:24 p.m. Tuesday on state Route 56 in the town of Norfolk.

PETIT LARCENY - POTSDAM - Canton-based state police charged Loretta Lynn Harris, 25, of Fine with petit larceny after responding to a shoplifting complaint at 12:02 p.m. Monday at the Potsdam Walmart.
