DISORDERLY CONDUCT - POTSDAM - Village police charged Taylor F. McGowan, 21, of Troy with disorderly conduct – unreasonable noise and resisting arrest at 5 a.m. Monday after responding to noise complaint on Bay Street. Police said McGowan resisted arrest when he was being taken into custody. McGowan was arraigned by Potsdam Town Justice James Mason and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility with bail set at $1,000 cash or $2,000 bond.

UNSAFE LANE CHANGE - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Tracy L. Daby of Lake Placid for making an unsafe lane change a 10:31 a.m. Monday following a property damage accident on Market Street.
