DEXTER South Jeffersons Logan LaFlamme took a perfect game into the seventh inning before settling for a one-hit shutout in leading South Jefferson over host General Brown 9-0 in a Frontier League B Division baseball game on Monday.
LaFlamme, who struck out seven, walked none and hit a batter, was perfect through six innings. He threw just 79 pitches, 59 of which were strikes.
The Spartans (5-6) made two errors in the bottom of the seventh to end the perfect game. Derek Weaver of General Brown (3-9) then touched LaFlamme for the Lions only hit, a single, with one out.
LaFlamme also delivered a two-run single for South Jefferson and Brett Lalone finished with two hits.
WATERTOWN 3, INDIAN RIVER 1
Christian Jorden knocked in the winning run in the fourth inning as the Cyclones earned an A Division win at Philadelphia despite getting just two hits.
Jorden earned the save in relief of Chris Bristow for Watertown (9-3, 7-1).
Dylan Gonzalez took the tough loss for the Warriors (3-6, 2-6).
IHC 13, LOWVILLE 0
Freshman Will Magovney hurled a three-hit shutout as the Cavaliers remained unbeaten in league play with a crossover win at the Alex T. Duffy Fairgrounds.
Jake Fusilli finished 2-for-4 with three RBIs for Immaculate Heart Central (13-1, 10-0), and Vincenzo Alteri was 2-for-3 with a double.
Lowville fell to 5-7.
THOUSAND ISLANDS 15, LAFARGEVILLE 0
Sophomore Dylan Wiley allowed only a first-inning hit by Ethan Johnson during a crossover shutout in Clayton.
Wiley struck out 10 and didnt walk a batter. He also was 2-for-3 at bat for the Vikings (7-3).
Zach Mason went 2-for-2 with a double for Thousand Islands, Christian Shaw was 2-for-3 and Brandon Belleville contributed a double.
LaFargeville fell to 2-7.
SANDY CREEK 12, ALEXANDRIA 2
Zach Brown pitched a complete game and also went 2-for-4 at the plate with a double and two RBIs for the host Comets in a crossover win.
Tyler Does was also 2-for-4 with a RBI for Sandy Creek (6-6), and Brad Clark finished 2-for-4 and drove in a run.
Miles Kearns doubled for the Purple Ghosts (2-7).
BEAVER RIVER 5, BELLEVILLE HENDERSON 3
Brett Neddo had a pair of singles as the Beavers won a crossover game at Philadelphia.
Dustin Neddo contributed a double and four pitchers combined on a two-hitter for Beaver River (12-3, 11-3).
Hunter Benjamin dobu led for the Panthers (4-7).
SOUTH LEWIS 22, COPENHAGEN 3
Five different players finished with two hits as the Falcons rolled over the Golden Knights in a crossover game in Turin.
Jason Martin doub led and singled and drove in three runs, while Nick Kraeger had a triple and single and three RBIs for South Lewis (9-1). Shawn Loomis, Jake Vanbeber and Nick Pleskach also had two hits apiece.
SACKETS HARBOR 15, LYME 5
Dakota Brown finished with three hits, including a double, as the Patriots earned the D Division win at Chaumont.
Chase Urbanowicz added two hits, one a double, and Ethan Meeks contributed two hits for Sackets Harbor (7-3).
Riley Schwind, Troy Wilson and Joe Paladino had two hits each for the Indians (0-8).
HARRISVILE 13, MORRISTOWN 5
Tim Fowler and Justin Hartle each homered to lead the Harrisville baseball team to a victory over Morristown in a Northern Athletic Conference West Division game in Morristown.
Justin Hartle struck out nine for the Pirates (10-0 overall and division). Jared Dreythaler, Kevin Kapfer and Nate Weaver all lined two hits for Harrisville.
Tyler Delosh and Jacob Love homered for the Green Rockets.
