ASSAULT - WINTHROP - Massena-based state police charged James P. Ladue, 23, of Stockholm with assault with intent to cause physical injury and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon at 2:40 p.m. Wednesday stemming from an incident reported to troopers at 2:03 p.m. from the town of Stockholm. He was arraigned and ordered held.

DWI - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Brian K. Ashley, 50, of Massena with driving while intoxicated, refusal to take a breath test and no headlights at 2:59 a.m. Thursday on County Route 42 in the town of Massena. He was arraigned and ordered held.

DWI - MOIRA - Malone-based state police charged Catherine M. Dustin, 48, of Fort Covington with driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 of 1 percent, aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to keep right at 11:05 p.m. Wednesday in the town of Bombay stemming from a 10:20 p.m. incident reported from the town of Moira. She was released on her own recognizance.

ACCIDENT - MALONE - Malone-based state police investigated a two-vehicle property damage accident at 12:38 p.m. Wednesday on U.S. Route 11. The vehicles were operated by Yunis A. Johnson, 21, of Schenectady and Donald R. Dabiew, 58, of Bombay.

ACCIDENT - WESTVILLE - Malone-based state police investigated a one-vehicle property damage accident at 5:57 a.m. Thursday on state Route 37 in the town of Westville. The vehicle was operated by Bryan A. Jarvis, 40, of Constable.

ACCIDENT - ALTONA - Ellenburg-based state police investigated a three-vehicle property damage accident at 8:44 a.m. Wednesday on state Route 190 in the town of Altona. The vehicles were operated by Jamie Lee Mayville, 42, of North Bangor; Robert L. Blair, 51, of Saranac Lake; and Maegan Cora Lavalley, 23, of Ellenburg Depot.
