OGDENSBURG — Jeff Stevens scored with 36 seconds left to lead the Saranac Lake boys lacrosse team to a 5-4 win over Ogdensburg Free Academy in an Northern Athletic Conference game on Wednesday.

Stevens scored the final two goals for the Red Storm (3-8 overall and division).

Taylor Richardson scored two goals for the Blue Devils (5-7). Austin Putman, Andrew Roddy and Dave Prudhomme added single goals for OFA.

GIRLS LACROSSE

POTSDAM 9, INDIAN RIVER 6

A five-goal game from Anette Rishe led the Sandstoners past Indian River (6-9) in a nonleague game in Potsdam.

Kalie Grant scored three goals for Potsdam (11-3), and Kiona Loran also scored.

Sarah Mattingly and Kelsi Nabywaniec each scored twice for the Warriors, and Sidney Black and Bryanne LaFave added single goals.

BOYS TRACK AND FIELD

GOUVERNEUR 125, MALONE 116

Joshua Uribe, Jacob Erdman and Bradon Dusharm each won two events to lead Gouverneur (8-0) past the Huskies in Malone.

Uribe won the triple jump and 110-meter hurdles for the Wildcats. Dusharm won the 100 hurdles and long jump, and Erdman won the 1,600 and 3,200.

Tehatakenta Boots won the shot put and discus for Malone (8-1).

FLYERS SWEEP

Jake Wellings won three events to lead the Flyers (7-1) to a 158-82 win over Madrid-Waddington and a 173-57 victory over Salmon River (0-7-1) in a double-dual meet in Norwood. Madrid-Waddington beat the Shamrocks 137-96.

Wellings won the 100, long jump and triple jump for Norwood-Norfolk. Connor Levison won the 110 and 400 hurdles, and Kyle Fulk won the 1,600 and 3,200.

Ian Hawkins won the shot put and discus for Madrid-Waddington (4-4).

MASSENA WINS TWO

Andrew Brush and Andrew Harvey each won two events to lead the Red Raiders (4-4) to a 124-85 win over Potsdam and a 142-70 triumph over Tupper Lake (0-8) in a double-dual meet in Massena. The Sandstoners (2-5-1) defeated Tupper Lake 105-77.

Brush won the long jump and triple jump and Harvey took the 1,600 and 3,200.

GIRLS TRACK AND FIELD

MALONE 200, GOUVERNEUR 117

Rebekkah Bond won the 100, 800 and 3,000 runs to lead the Huskies past Gouverneur (6-2) in Malone.

Lillian Gishey won the high jump and triple jump for the Huskies (8-1), and Marissa Perez added wins in the 100 hurdles and 400 hurdles.

NORWOOD-NORFOLK WINS TWICE

Brianna Hayes won four individual events to lead the Flyers (6-2) to a 216-62 win over Salmon River (0-8) and a 195-100 victory over Madrid-Waddington in a double-dual meet in Norwood.

The Yellowjackets (4-4) defeated Salmon River 147-91.

Hayes claimed the 100 hurdles, long jump, 800 and high jump.

MASSENA SWEEPS

Jacalyn Lamica’s three wins helped the Red Raiders defeat Potsdam 141-119 and Tupper Lake 142-108 in a double-dual meet in Massena.

Potsdam added a 112-106 win over the Lumberjacks (0-8).

Lamica finished first in the 110 hurdles, 400 hurdles and high jump for Massena (4-4).

Maddie Drechsel won the 100 and 200, and Marie Amell won the 800 and 1,500 to lead Potsdam (3-5).
