Motorists charged with DWI and related offenses


The following motorists are charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:

n Robert S. Glassburn, 59, of Potsdam, was charged by Potsdam village police Friday afternoon. Police said they responded to the report of a possible intoxicated driver on Market Street. He also was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

His blood alcohol content was 0.14 percent, police said. Under state law, a BAC of 0.08 percent or higher constitutes proof of intoxication.

n Kay Reh, 20, of 142 Grumbach Ave., Syracuse, was charged by state police with aggravated DWI at 4:52 p.m. Friday on Interstate 81 in the town of Richland. Her BAC was not listed.

Aggravated DWI is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or higher. Ms. Reh also was charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
