RUSSELL — Harleigh LeBarge struck out nine to lead the Edwards-Knox softball team to a 4-1 win over Hammond in an Northern Athletic Conference West Division game on Monday.

Makayla Bacon singled three times and Katrina Moore added two hits for the Cougars (9-4).

Taylor Bowman singled twice for Hammond (7-4).

LISBON 9, HARRISVILLE 3

Katie Sovie doubled and singled and Sierra Dobbs, and Claire Donaldson each lined two hits as Lisbon (9-4) defeated the Pirates in a West Division game in Harrisville.

Cali Moore produced two hits for the Pirates (2-13, 2-11).

MORRISTOWN 17, HERMON-DEKALB 1

Taylor Piercey threw a seven-strikeout, one-hitter to lead Morristown past the Demons (3-11, 3-9) in a West Division game in DeKalb Junction.

Jessica Geddes tripled for the Green Rockets (8-5).

COLTON-PIERREPONT 22, ST. REGIS FALLS 0

Sabrina Doyle struck out nine and allowed one hit to lead the Colts past St. Regis Falls (1-12) in the first game of a strange East Division doubleheader in St. Regis Falls.

The Saints beat Tupper Lake 11-4 in a later game.

Andrea Aldous went 2-for-4, including a two-run homer, for the Colts (10-3).

Eve Whalen, Kelsi Dilbert and Hannah Hogle each lined two hits.

GOUVERNEUR 7, CANTON 6

Sammie Cushman singled in the bottom of the seventh inning to drive in Makenzie Rowe with the winning run as the Wildcats (5-6) edged the Golden Bears in a Central Division game in Gouverneur.

Rowe struck out nine for the Wildcats.

Beth Pearson struck out eight and picked up two hits for Canton (6-6).

MASSENA 15-11, POTSDAM 4-0

Ambert Thomas threw a five-inning, no-hitter in the second game to lead Massena to a Central Division doubleheader sweep of the Sandstoners (0-12) in Potsdam.

Bailey Dillabough picked up two hits for Massena (6-9, 5-5).

OFA 2-0, BRUSHTON-MOIRA 1-3

Emily O’Connor lost game one but came back to win game two as Brushton-Moira (11-3, 10-3) split a Central Division doubleheader with the Blue Devils in Ogdensburg.

Riley Luckie produced two hits in game two for OFA (7-4).

MALONE 23, SALMON RIVER 0

Alexa Prue threw a one-hitter as Malone defeated the Shamrocks (3-10) in a Central Division game in Fort Covington.

Erin McDonald went 5-for-5 for Malone (13-2, 11-0).
