Frontier League baseball teams Watertown, South Lewis and Beaver River earned No. 1 seeds for the Section 3 Tournament at Wednesdays seeding meeting.
Thirteen Frontier League teams qualified for the playoffs, which begin Thursday with first-round games at higher seeds.
Watertown (13-3 overall, 11-1 Frontier League) is the top seed in Class A. The Cyclones drew a first-round bye and will play a quarterfinal against the winner of Thursdays first-round game between No. 9 East-Syracuse Minoa (10-10, 8-8) and 8-Camden (11-9) at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Alex T. Duffy Fairgrounds.
South Lewis (14-1), the top seed in Class C-1, has a first-round bye. The Falcons host a quarterfinal on Saturday against either No. 9 Cato-Meridian (6-7, 4-6) or No. 8 Thousand Islands (8-7). That first-round game is Thursday in Clayton.
Defending Class C champion Beaver River drew the top seed in Class C-2. The Beavers (13-3) play host to No. 8 West Canada Valley (7-11, 4-6) in a Saturday quarterfinal at Lowvilles Bostwick Field.
Immaculate Heart Central (13-3, 10-2) earned the No. 3 seed in Class C-1. The Cavaliers will play host to No. 6 Little Falls (13-5, 7-3) at the Fairgrounds on Saturday in a quarterfinal at a time to be determined.

Class A: No. 19 Indian River (6-7, 6-6), at No. 2 New Hartford (14-4, 9-1) on Saturday.
Class B: No. 11 Lowville (7-9), at No. 6 Marcellus (8-10, 7-4) today. No. 14 South Jefferson (6-10), at No. 3 Holland Patent (15-3, 8-2) Thursday.
Class C-2: No. 5 Sandy Creek (8-7), at No. 4 Fabius-Pompey (9-4, 6-4) Saturday.
Class D: No. 5 Sackets Harbor (10-4) home vs. No. 12 Remsen (7-6, 2-6) today. No. 9 Copenhagen (7-7) at No. 8 LaFargeville (7-7) today. No. 11 Alexandria (4-10) at No. 6 Stockbridge Valley (7-5) Thursday.
Semifinals are scheduled for Monday at Onondaga Community College (Class A), Romes DeLutis Field (Class B, D) and Tuesday at DeLutis Field (Class C-1) and NBT Bank stadium in Syracuse (C-2).
Finals are slated for NBT Bank Stadium in Syracuse (Class D, May 28, Class A and B, May 29) and DeLutis Field (Class C-1, C-2, May 28).
