Man charged with threatening officer Monday arrested for alleged April incident

SANDY CREEK — An Orwell man, arrested Monday after he allegedly head-butted a window and threatened to head-butt an Oswego County sheriff’s deputy, was charged Wednesday stemming from an alleged domestic disturbance in late April.

Desmond T. Parsons, 25, of 3500 County Route 22, though his address is now listed as the Oswego County jail, 39 Churchill Road, Oswego, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment.

State police said that on April 28 in the town of Sandy Creek, Mr. Parsons pushed a person to the ground while a minor was present.

The identities of the other parties were not released.

He was charged at 4:23 p.m. Wednesday at the jail and issued an appearance ticket to Town Court.
