WATERTOWN — A Watertown teen was arrested at his residence Thursday after city police said he struck his 10-year-old stepbrother and about an hour later, broke his mother’s television.

Kyle A. Lamica, 18, of 122 Charles St., was charged with slapping his 10-year-old stepbrother, who was not named, in the face and pulling him off the couch during a domestic incident about 5 p.m. Thursday. He was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment.

At 5:57 p.m., police said, he struck a 70-inch Sony smart TV, valued at $2,000, belonging to his mother, Rebecca S. Beirman, of 122 Charles St., Apt. 37. The TV was rendered inoperable, police said. Because of its value, he was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, a class D felony.

He was arraigned in City Court and sent to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building on $2,500 bail.
