PULASKI A Pulaski man was charged with possessing 14 baggies of heroin and a hypodermic needle following a vehicle stop in the village early Saturday morning.
State police stopped Michael J. Greene, 27, of 104 Maltby Road, at 12:24 a.m. on North Jefferson Street near Delano Street.
Troopers then noticed the smell of marijuana, and found the drugs and needle after a search of the vehicle, police said.
He was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a hypodermic needle.
He was issued an appearance ticket to Richland Town Court.
