WATERTOWN City police arrested Nicholas J. Smith, 23, of 221 Clinton St., after police said he tried to trade someone video games and a game system that were stolen.
Police said at about 12:30 p.m. on May 18 , Mr. Smith attempted to trade the items, including six Xbox games and a hand-held game device, at the Stream building, 146 Arsenal St. The items were stolen from Anthony J. Whiteman, same address, police said.
He was arrested at 9:10 a.m. Sunday and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. He was issued an appearance ticket to City Court.
