ADAMS — State police arrested a Sackets Harbor man early Tuesday morning after he allegedly punched his brother and damaged his First Street residence.

Anthony J. Gebo, 21, of 14741 County Route 145, was arrested at his brother Brad Gebo’s residence, 17955 First St., at 2:15 a.m. and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment.

Police said Mr. Gebo was “highly intoxicated” at 1:38 a.m. that morning when he broke a window, punched a hole through a wall, damaged a door and hit his brother. The damage to the residence was valued at about $200.

He was arraigned in Town Court and released on his own recognizance.
