WATERTOWN — After being stopped on the 300 block of Engine Street for allegedly failing to signal, a Watertown man was arrested after it turned out he was wanted on a Pennsylvania warrant.

Kenneth Crosby Jr., 25, of 550 Coffeen St., Apt. 20, was stopped at 12:33 a.m. Tuesday. At the scene, Mr. Crosby told city police his name was Kevin Anderson, also 25, in an effort to prevent them from learning about the active parole violation warrant, police said.

He was arrested at 1:10 a.m. and additionally charged with second-degree criminal impersonation and being an unlicensed driver. He was arraigned in City Court and sent to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building on $3,000 bail.
