WATERTOWN A Watertown teenager faces a felony charge after city police said he pulled a fire alarm at Watertown High School on Friday.
Devin M. Norman, 17, of 240 E. Main St., Apt. 4, pulled the alarm at 11:32 a.m. that day, causing more than 1,500 students and faculty members inside to evacuate and five firetrucks and 13 city firefighters to respond, police said.
He was arrested at 11:54 a.m. that day and charged with second-degree falsely reporting an incident, a class E felony.
He was issued an appearance ticket for City Court.
