PERSONAL INJURY ACCIDENT - CANTON - Canton-based state police said one person was injured in a one-vehicle accident at 7:18 a.m. Thursday on Route 11, near Dayton Road, in the town of Canton. Troopers said the vehicle was operated by Zackary W. Zeller, 20, of Canton.

AGGRAVATED HARASSMENT - POTSDAM - Canton-based state police charged Jerred B. Wilson, 21, of Canton with second-degree aggravated harassment - telephone at 4:21 p.m. Thursday at 18 Pine St., Canton. Troopers said the charge stemmed with a complaint filed with troopers at 9:59 a.m. Thursday from the town of Potsdam.

ASSAULT - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged a 15-year-old male with third-degree assault Wednesday afternoon stemming from an investigation into a complaint filed with troopers May 16 from the town of Massena. The teenager’s case was turned over to the probation department to determine if he will be petitioned to St. Lawrence County Family Court.

CRIMINAL CONTEMPT - CONSTABLE - Malone-based state police charged Howard D. David, 52, of Hogansburg with criminal contempt Saturday after he allegedly failed to comply with orders of the court prior to a scheduled jury trial in Constable Town Court. David reportedly lodged a sovereignty complaint and argued the court had no authority to hold a trial on the alleged third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle charge filed against him by state police. He was arraigned in Malone Town Court on the contempt count and sent to the Franklin County Jail with bail set at $1,500 cash.

ASSAULT - FORT COVINGTON - Malone-based state police charged Morgan J. Rolley, 21, of Fort Covington with third-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child following an investigation into a complaint filed with troopers at noon Wednesday from the town of Fort Covington.

DWI - ST. REGIS FALLS - Malone-based state police charged Nancy L. Patnode, 67, of St. Regis Falls with driving while intoxicated and ticketed her for a stop sign violation following a traffic stop at 8:20 p.m. Wednesday on state Route 458 in the town of Waverly.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - CANTON - Troopers around the region investigated a number of property damage accidents on Thursday around the region. Among those:

• Glennis A. Woodrow, 39, of Canton at 12:45 p.m. on Route 68, near Fulton Road, in the town of LIsbon.

• Karen S. Wetteraucarpentr, 73, of Malone at 6 a.m. on Route 11B, near Louey Road, in the town of Dickinson.
