CRIMINAL MISCHIEF - NORFOLK - Massena-based state police charged Sherry M. Monroe, 49, of Norfolk with second-degree criminal mischief at 5:51 a.m. Monday stemming from a complaint filed with troopers from the town of Norfolk.

DWI - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Patrick R. Eastwood, 35, of Massena with driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 of 1 percent, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway, failure to keep right on a two-lane road and operating a motor vehicle without an inspection certificate at 4:28 a.m. Monday on state Route 420 in the town of Massena. He was released on an appearance ticket.

MARIJUANA POSSESSION - MADRID - Massena-based state police charged Randall G. Ball, 19, of Lisbon with unlawful possession of marijuana and speed in zone, and Hannah M. Hill, 18, of Waddington with unlawful possession of marijuana at 9:20 p.m. Friday on North Street in the town of Madrid. They were released on appearance tickets.

MENACING - WADDINGTON - Ogdensburg-based state police charged Timothy W. Parmeter, 51, of Lisbon with third-degree menacing and third-degree criminal mischief - property greater than $250 at 12:15 p.m. Sunday stemming from an incident reported to troopers at 7:28 p.m. Saturday from the town of Waddington. He was arraigned and ordered held.

GRAND LARCENY - MALONE - Malone-based state police charged Cody E. Patnode, 17, of Moira with two counts of third-degree grand larceny at 12:10 a.m. Monday in the town of Bombay.

Police said they were responding to a report of a vehicle accident at approximately 11:20 p.m. Sunday on state Route 95 in the town of Bombay when they came upon a UTV on the shoulder of the road with its hazard lights on and a male standing next to it. Troopers said they drove past the UTV until they could safely turn around and, when approaching the male, realized the UTV was gone.

Troopers said Patnode initially pretended he had no knowledge of the UTV, but later admitted to stealing the Polaris UTV from Adirondack Power Sports, state Route 37, Malone, on June 4. He also allegedly told troopers that he pushed the UTV into a wooded area to hide it from them.

Patnode also allegedly admitted that he had stolen a John Deere UTV on Jan. 13 from Mountain View Equipment on state Route in Malone.

He was arraigned in Bangor Town Court and sent to the Franklin County Jail on $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond, to reappear Tuesday in Malone Town Court.

DWI - NORFOLK - Massena-based state police charged Dario A. Hernandez, 28, of Massena with driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08 of 1 percent, refusal to take a breath test and no headlights at 4:02 a.m. Sunday on state Highway 56 in the town of Norfolk. He was released to a third party.

CANNABIS GROWING - NORFOLK - Massena-based state police charged Dale E. Hazelton, 46, of Norfolk with unlawfully growing cannabis at 12:53 p.m. Saturday. He was released on an appearance ticket.

MARIJUANA POSSESSION - FOWLER - Gouverneur-based state police charged Brandon W. Monroe, 34, of Colton with unlawful possession of marijuana at 5 p.m. Saturday on state Route 58 in the town of Fowler. He was released on an appearance ticket.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF - CANTON - Canton-based state police charged Christopher A. Lewis, 43, of Rensselaer Falls with criminal mischief - reckless property damage greater than $250 at 3:40 p.m. Saturday in the village of Rensselaer Falls stemming from a trespassing complaint filed at 9:54 a.m. from the town of Canton.

HARASSMENT - POTSDAM - Canton-based state police charged Justin P. Woodward, 24, of Norwood with second-degree harassment - physical contact at 1:55 p.m. Friday stemming from a domestic dispute reported at 10:15 a.m. May 31 from the town of Potsdam. He was released on an appearance ticket.

GRAND LARCENY - PLATTSBURGH - Plattsburgh-based state police charged D’Ann M. Page, 31, of Massena, with third-degree grand larceny and first-degree falsifying business records at 8:53 a.m. Friday in the town of Plattsburgh, stemming from a fraud complaint filed with troopers at 12:09 p.m. March 28 from the town of Peru. She was released on her own recognizance.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - CONSTABLE - State police investigated a number of property damage accidents over the weekend. Among them:

• Timothy D. Patenaude, 45, of Constable at 4:08 a.m. Monday on Coveytown Road in the town of Constable.

• Kenneth R. Parent, 39, of Chateaugay at 7:34 p.m. Sunday on Commons Road in the town of Chateaugay.

• Lee F. Richards, 71, of Hermon at 8:36 a.m. Saturday on state Highway 310 in the town of Canton.

• Kent S. Bigness, 49, of Fort Covington and Elizabeth A. Murray, 22, of Fort Covington at 4:23 p.m. Saturday on state Route 37 in the town of Fort Covington.

• Anders G. Ibholm, 27, of Chateaugay at 10:25 a.m. Saturday on U.S. Route 11 in the town of Burke.
