WATERTOWN — Gary A. Wheeler Jr., 25, of 220 N. Hamilton St., and Jacob O. Chinn, 22, of Lafayette, Ind., were charged with disorderly conduct at 2:24 a.m. Saturday on Public Square.

Police said the two men were wrestling and throwing punches while on Public Square, alarming numerous people in the area.

They were taken to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building, where they were processed and released with appearance tickets for City Court.
