The following motorists are accused of driving while intoxicated and related offenses:

Trisha L. Chapman, 26, of Massena, was charged by state police with driving while intoxicated Friday evening after she was involved in an accident involving a car and a motorcycle on Route 11 in Stockholm, police said. Police said Ms. Chapman pulled over and attempted a U-turn but didn’t see a motorcycle behind her and they collided.

The man on the motorcycle was treated at Canton-Potsdam Hospital, Potsdam, for minor leg injuries.

Ms. Chapman’s blood alcohol content was 0.16 percent, police said. Under state law, a BAC of 0.08 percent or higher constitutes proof of intoxication.
