CANTON — State police on Monday charged Brooke M. Labaff, 23, Canton, with aggravated driving while intoxicated and unlawful possession of marijuana.
Troopers allege that at 11:25 p.m. on Route 310, they located Ms. Labaff’s vehicle off the east shoulder of the roadway in a field following an anonymous complaint of a possible DWI. Troopers said there was no damage to the vehicle and no report of injuries.
Ms. Labaff was reported to have a blood alcohol content of 0.19 percent. Under state law, a BAC of 0.08 percent or higher constitutes proof of intoxication. Aggravated DWI is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or higher.
She also was cited with inadequate mirrors and failure to keep right on a two-lane road.
