HOGANSBURG — Two Massena women were charged Sunday with a felony count of possession of a controlled substance.
The St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police K-9 team charged Pamela C. Marashian, 55, and Elizabeth R. Goodfellow, 33, with a class B felony of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance on, according to a news release from the St. Regis Mohawk Tribe.
Ms. Marashian was also charged with having a controlled substance in its non-original container and was issued two tickets for traffic citations.
Police said the women were arrested after police discovered 101 Endocet (oxycodone/acetaminophen) pills and one Xanax pill following a routine traffic stop by the K-9 dog-search team.
The two women were arraigned in Bombay Town Court and were released under probation supervision.
