WATERTOWN — A man was charged by city police with third-degree criminal mischief after he allegedly smashed the car of an Adams Center woman in June.
Police said Angel D. Hickman, 24, of 121 William St., Apt. 3, punched and dented the hood of Kelsey Bethea’s car on June 21 on Public Square. He also allegedly damaged its windshield wiper arms and ripped off the car’s passenger side door handle. The cost of the damage was $1,492.11.
Charged at his residence at 11:13 p.m. Thursday, he was arraigned in City Court and held on $2,000 cash bail.
