A Philadelphia resident was charged by state police with second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child after he allegedly hit two of his children Wednesday evening.

During a verbal altercation at his residence about 6 p.m., police said Aaron A. Huber, 37, of 18 Antwerp St., headbutted his 14-year-old son, and struck his 11-year-old son in the face.

Charged at 6:10 p.m. at his residence, Mr. Huber was released to Fort Drum military police with an appearance ticket for town of Philadelphia Court.
